Shipping Policy
When will I receive the tracking number?
All orders are typically handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. The in-store process for stock and packaging usually takes about 3-7 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, the tracking number will be available and sent to you. If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 7 working days from the date of your payment, please contact us. If we are unable to process your order due to insufficient or missing payment or incorrect contact information, there may be a delay in order processing.
How long will I have my item?
Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only provide an estimate of shipping times. If any of the above situations arise with your package, we promise to keep you well updated with as much detail as is available to us. Then the estimated delivery date is calculated with the formula below:
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchasing date + 3-7 business days (process for producing and stocking) + Estimated shipping time
The estimated shipping time to the United States is 10 - 25 business days (usually takes 12 - 14 business days).

To support our commitment and promise to you, we offer a refund of the shipping cost (or a partial refund if shipping was free) for any item that takes longer than the specified time frames to arrive at your destination.
- USA (Mainland): 40 days.
- USA (others): 45 days.
RISK FREE SHIPPING
If, for any reason, your items do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for that item. This is our promise to you! If there is a missing order, please inform us via support@pagymo.com. We will investigate (it usually takes 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.
